Vehicle Release

In order to get a vehicle release form, you must have the following:

1. The owner must be present and show identification.

2. Title, Tag Receipt, or Bill of Sale(Within the last 20 days).

3. Printed Proof of Current Liability Insurance(Cell Phone Images are not accepted).

4. If the owner's driver's license is suspended or revoked, the vehicle may be released to another person with a current drivers license.
